West End Medical Centre Rhoslan and Rysseldene

This surgery needs a serious investigation from Betsi Cadwaladr. The level of service is disgusting. How can they loose patients medical records who have been patient with them for 16 years! Doctors are incredibly rude and unprofessional I will be making a serious complaint. The surgery isn't fit for purpose with extremely rude want to be Doctors aka receptionist.

We had to visit here for my daughter for an out of hours appointment late in the night whilst on holiday. The care received was absolutely outstanding. The Dr went above and beyond and is by far one of the best Dr's my daughter has seen. He was thorough, polite, caring, and just a lovely person. The centre took us 40 minutes to find as the satnav was telling us we had arrived when we couldn't see the building which had to be accessed up a side road and then turn again, but we didn't see any signs for this. (The satnav incident is not the fault of the surgery, but just in case anyone else finds themselves in this situation late at night, in the dark and highly anxious trying to find the place)

Worst surgery nobody cares my toddler had a rash and i was worried called 8am took till 8.55 to get hold of a receptionist who was very rude and dismissive then got a call back at 2.30 by a doctor who did not care at all and had a stinking attitude told me if i was that conserned just go to chemist. Also my husband has an ongoing serious back condition and went to see specialist but got there to find his notes had not been sent by his doctor and they couldnt didnt know why he was there without notes and over the last 2 years its been a constant battle as nobody has a clue what they are doing anymore dont want to help and information gets lost between doctors hopitals and physio ect. The place is a joke.
