    1 star is too good for this company, garbage service and attitude

    Personal preference don't even think about using this company. One occasion the parcel said it all. Kitchen doors arrived scratched and dented. Today they arrived with a pallet of bathroom plastics. Driver said it wouldn't fit the garage. Well if he turned the pallet other way around it would have therefore my hubby had to unpack everything from the pallet and carry them individually into garage after day work. Plus find room for an unwanted pallet. So thank you driver your have caused a argument between us. My items were bought from B&Q so I had no say in the courier but I certainly will be telling them they would be better off not using these again. Too much work for the driver with an attitude!!

    Paid for collection, they failed to collect on 2 occasions. Took the items in and out both times to protect them. Even though I told them I would not be around to bring the goods back in if they failed to collect again, they didn't collect and the goods were ruined by rain and therefore unreturnable. Following my email complaint to the manager and managing director I received a response from the manager offering a goodwill gesture of 20!!! The goods were worth 600+!! He said "I personally would not have left the goods exposed to the elements and especially if they are not suitable to withstand such conditions of our typically British climate"!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPONSE TO AN ISSUE CAUSED BY THEIR OWN FAILURES!
