        Council tax dept phoneline unfriendly, unhelpful, won't take payment, won't give updates on rates reevaluation, grumpy and didn't want to help, washed hands and blamed another dept and gave wrong phone number for them .... horrible horrible person that probably would be happier working somewhere else
