Completely messed me around, saying that they'd reserved a new build house for me. Kept a paper trail of emails as proof. Then sold it to someone else without even informing me for 4 grand more. You can't mess with people's lives like that. Totally agree with the other review, don't trust.

Buy a home from this company at your peril. This company treat individuals with contempt, they offer guarantees backed up with excuses or avoidance, blame other agencies for their failings and refuse to engage in dialogue. The pictures below show how a building site was left after all the house construction was finished, after a year the residents have had to involve MPs to get even some basic lighting installed, what was Penrhyn reason? It is the council, the water board, or any other agency all of whom have been contacted all of whom say they have not been approached. Even the bin men wont enter the site as it is too dangerous and people are living here. Shame on you all at Penrhyn Home Improvements! Perhaps you would be more suited to making films I havent seen a good cowboy movie in years.

This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They have no respect for their customers and dont rectify any issues with the properties they have built and choose to ignore the customers instead. We have lives in one of their homes for nearly 2 years and are STILL waiting for them to finish the road and pavements. Not only have they not finished the site they have also left us living in dangerous conditions despite being asked to sort the site out several times. If you are thinking of buying a property off these people I would urge you to reconsider or I promise you will be left disappointed.
