Sadly would not reccomend laser hair removal to anyone. I had 10 treatments done back in Worcester (bikini and underarms) few years ago and the result lasted for many years (it was a new opened clinic and all the machines were brand new). Having it done on the other part of the body (just a tiny area - upper lip) at 'The Bay' I could see the hair growing back after only couple of months. At the begining I was adviced that 8 sessions will be fine. After that they kept saying that I need more appointments which didn't make sence. Wasted a lot of money for nothing. Totally dissapointed and short of few hundred pounds. Also, the lenght and quality of the treatment depends on who you're seeing. Sadly one of the therapist rushed through my treatment. I purchased some well deserved treatment for my wife hoping she would come home feeling treated and relaxed. Sadly she came home feeling quite the opposite. Her treatment times were cut short of the times stated in their brochure. Her facial time was actually halved. Her nails weren't dried properly during her pedicure. The massage was the only part she enjoyed, but was again cut short by 10 mins. She didn't say anything at the time as she was made to feel awkward. She was even asked for payment even though I had paid some months ago. Very disappointed as now she is quite upset and I now need to pay to have her nails re-done. I love my sessions in this clinic, all the staff is very professional and Sara is amazing. She is very sweet and patient when providing the treatments.
