After notifying the bank twice. I have moved 6 months ago and not received one statement from them even after my husband went to the bank and asked for a statement to be sent to my new address 2 weeks ago still no statement since Randal Owen has left the bank has been in decline

Absolutely ridiculous I go to the HSBC in Llandudno to be told they hold no cash and I have to go to colwyn bay so I did all I wanted to do was cash a cheque British Gas sent me it said it was fine if I didnt have a HSBC account to go in with two forms of ID so I went in with a letter and my passport all in date all correct according to the HSBC branch in Llandudno all my information was fine they just couldnt cash it because they hold no cash the women in Llandudno was lovely the women in colwyn bay on the other hand was a right KAREN she had a bee in her bonnet from the moment I walked in and she questioned me like she was the police over a 66 cheque you swear I was trying to cash millions the way she went on walked off to the back come back five mins later with more excuses not to cash this cheque then telling me to take my partner to there bank and let them cash it into there account the back of this letter and cheque clearly stated it was okay to cash this with no problems yet this women had a right problem and I ended up leaving unable to cash this cheque Im so glad Im not with HSBC what a horrible horrible women asking questions the way she was like I was a liar and in front of other customers too she needs work on her customer service skills and definitely learn the right to customer confidentiality!!!!!!!
