Tami is lovely and really makes you feel relaxed . Her holistic approach made me think more about my whole body and not just the frozen shoulder that led me to seek acupuncture. I felt a difference after the first appointment but benefitted even more after several sessions. I have no hesitation in recommending Tam Acu.

Tammy is fantastic, very passionate about her job. She is so knowledgeable not only about acupuncture but so many other things that affect your body from working the best way it could and always willing to share her knowledge. Haven seen Tammy on a few different occasions for fibromyalgia she has managed to reduce the severity of pain but always looking at what other ways might work and totally understanding the logic behind all her treatments. xXx

I love my sessions with Tami, she is lovely and truly takes the time to listen to your problems and gets down to the root cause. She truly cares, asks informative questions and gives amazing advice. I started acupuncture because I thought I had physical issues which turned out to be mental health causing physical symptoms. I never would have considered acupuncture but Im very pleased I did as it helps keep the mind and body relaxed. I cant thank Tami enough and look forward to my next sessions.

I cant thank Tam enough. I was struggling with a really bad lower back pain, suspected sciatica, and it got so bad the pain relief prescribed from that doctor wasnt doing the trick. A friend recommended Tam for acupuncture which is not something I had even considered or heard about, I made contact with Tam and she was really lovely and offered me my first consultation appointment within a matter of days so that we could discuss my pain and begin some acupuncture treatment. I had 4 or 5 sessions, by session 2 it was like a miracle, I woke up the following day and the pain had gone from 85% to probably 20% and improved even more by attending for the additional 2 sessions. Its been 3 months since having my treatment with Tam and so far Ive had no further flare ups, and Tam recommended supplements and exercises to do to help strengthen my lower back area. Tam is extremely knowledgeable in this field and it is clear she is very passionate about acupuncture therapy, and very invested in helping everyone of her clients. 5* for Tam, I will continue to recommend her to anyone suffering similar type of pain and discomfort. xx
