A young chap called Alfie helped us and went above and beyond to help my wife choose an e bike. He set up a demo bike for her and went through everything, and she was extremely and used the demo bike with no problems. He then helped us choose the right bike for what she needed and our budget. Cannot recommend them enough and Alfie was absolutely BRILLIANT.
