Worth a 6 star review. Dr Callum and all the staff are very professional, polite and respectful. Had two recent appointments with Dr Callum for an extraction of a lower back tooth that had an infection. Complete confidence in his work and professionalism and very satisfied as well as relieved in getting the tooth out.Highly recommended.

I had never missed an appointment until today - as a result they attempted to charge me 15. I questioned why I did not get a notification from them - which inherently has always been a text on every other occasion. They told me that this is why they tell people to write things down as they can not rely on there system as sometime it is down. They refused to waive the charge - I have changed dentist immediately due to the service received. They dentists them selfs are warm and welcoming every time I have been, but the procedures and pure ignorance to what I was saying has constituted this review.

Visited Dant Y Coed for the first time today. Its a very busy practise with seven different surgery rooms. The reception staff, the dentist, the dental assistant were all extremely professional and friendly. My appointment was for 17:00, and I was in the chair at 17:00, which was a first for me. Very impressed. I cant believe Im saying this about a Dentist, but Im looking forward to being a patient there.
