Theo and his team were extremely helpful on planning our renovation. All cost were clearly laid out upfront so no nasty surprises. Theo spends a lot of time talking you through your ideas to get the best use of your space. He is very pleasant and easy to work with. Highly recommended. We had all sorts of challenges with our builder and planning and Theo was totally unflappable, supportive and creative, ensuring we got exactly the right solution for our needs and our listed building. Theo designed our single story extension last year and really brought our vision to life. His knowledge, ideas and skills really did make the experience exciting and interesting. Theo designed a loft conversion and identified options to add the stairs when others didn't. He was easy to deal with and made sure I was aware of all the options needing decisions. He was always happy to modify the drawings as needed and produced everything in good time. Wouls happily use him again.
