        People working in bay reception are very rude. While living on campus they lost 2 of my parcels. Today I called to see if campus was open, rude women working in reception was complaining I called the wrong number. After I had been put through by the switch board operator. I only wanted to know if campus was open, I got a snarky remark and she hung up the phone. The same can be said for most departments at the university, especially as you could call everyday for a week an no one would pick up. A real shame a well put together organisation is going to build a bad reputation because of the people representing it.
