Writing this review on behalf of my parents. What an absolute joke of a company he attended to do a repair which he was happy to take their money which was near a thousand pound. 3 weeks later the problem is even worse and now he does not reply to text messages or phone calls, he just says he is with a customer and he will call back. Guess what he never replies. Absolutely stay away from these people and we would definitely not recommend Further to me writing this I would like to say that Tom eventually got in touch with myself and agreed to partially refund for the work completed which I feel has redeemed them as a company well done!! These guys I cant praise enough, my roof was over 35 years old, it was falling apart! I called a few different roofers, but my gut told me that I wasnt getting a fair bargain so I kept looking, until I came across Thomas, he came and seen me and told me exactly what needed doing and how urgent it was, he gave me a price which was extremely affordable, after I agreed, he had me fitted in and a new roof put on in no time, I didnt after pay him till all the work was completed and it was to my satisfaction, then upon my invoice I received my 25 years guarantee! The service from start to finish was just impeccable and Im greatly thankful to you and the team for doing such a fantastic job! Thanks Thomas, youre a star! Service: Roof installation

Repaired issues with roof causing water damage, charged me close to a grande and this is the "pay cash and I'll do it cheaper" option he touts out. Didn't fix the problem, i contacted him again completely friendly asking if he can come and have another look, said he'd call back and then blocked me. Total cowboy business, use at own risk. Now I have to pay someone else to actually fix the problem - utter waste of time and money. AVOID.
