Required payment in full in advance, then after the payment had cleared cancelled the booking with less than 1 week notice, took them 4 days from the date they cancelled to send out the "application for a refund", which as of writing this still has not been processed. So I'm sat here 2 days before I was meant to be travelling still waiting on my money and having to find alternative accommodation. I'm sure the place is lovely but be wary of booking as they might mess up your plans at short notice and if you need the cash you've already given them to fix the problems they've just caused then you're out of luck.
