Shane has been brilliant. The quality of his work is top-notch. He performed a boiler service for us and found issues that a Worcester engineer didn't even find. He later on came to us on short notice when the pump failed in our boiler. He helped me to fix a leaky oil pipe, which is out of his remit, and fixed the boiler pump. We were without heating and showers for a day and he made special effort to come over in an evening to get this sorted out so, which was very important as we have a large family. Shane has looked after my boiler since new, cant fault him. He does a very thorough job when servicing, he is also very knowledgable and always willing to help and explain why he is doing something and how it will benefit the life of the boiler. I cannot recommend him high enough.
