        Purchased 4x BBS Titanium Jaguar Monaco BBS RS2 Valve Cap Covers and 2x Genuine BBS RS2 Jaguar Paris Monaco Inflating Tool for Bolt Valve on 20.01/2023 via eBay, total cost 63.80. This company used a courier to deliver the items, courier delivered to an address different to mine and sent this company a delivered notification. I contacted this company to inform them that the item was not delivered to me. Rather than trying to find out where my items actually were this company decided that they would hide behind the fact that they had a delivered notice. I tried to go through the courier who said I needed to speak to this company to rectify the issue, eBay did nothing because this company hid behind the fact they had a delivered notification. I therefore lost the original 63.80 I paid this company plus another 16.05 I have just had to pay for 3 used RS2 Valve Cap Covers I have just had to purchase. I will have to purchase the inflating valves at another time, just wont be from this company!
