        I have attended a Mental Health First Aid course with Carly which was amazing. She has a very informative and engaging approach to teaching and found her course enjoyable.

        I have used Carly on a few occasions now to help raise awareness for mental health in the workplace, she has ran group sessions for many of our staff and the feedback from them was excellent, we will continue to use her services from now on. I can highly recommend her.
