Staff are lovely, but im another one who hates the phone because you never get through.. every month I need to ring to request my prescription which is heavy dose mental health meds and every month is a battle and i hate it. I was told call in 24 hours in advance and was low so rang in wednesday.. the phone is either engaged or just rings all the time.. I tried ringing the next day and the next and no luck , left a message the one time (friday) it didnt cut off they didnt even get it or get back to me. I ran out on Saturday. It is dangerous to stop my medication and had no choice over the weekend.. safe to say the hot and cold sweats no sleep bad stomach and anxiety made my weekend a bad one and left me feeling poorly. I would of been fine if you just answered the phone. because of this it was the last straw. I'm going to change pharmacy's now. I cant deal writh that every month

UPDATE: Now the phoneline is just continuously engaged. What a joke! Tried the after continued problems with the other Caldicot pharmacy and really wish I hadn't. Due to medical issues I need to call ahead for my prescriptions to ensure they are ready for collection and I was assured by a member of staff that this is possible. I have now been trying to call for a week and am yet to get through. Most of the time it rings endlessly, sometimes you get a few beeps before being cut off, but never a person. Eventually got through, but they clearly need to have a better system.

Every month this pharmacy fail to provide a life dependent prescription to an elderly person with a crippling disease. A formal complaint will be made. Appalling.

Appalling service; have complained about blister pack tablets being cut into pieces but still get them in the same state. I am listed for delivery but that is hit and miss, apparently the driver is ill but they have not informed anyone. Dont bother phoning them as they dont answer the phone, have seen staff chatting and ignoring the phone. Caldicot derives better pharmacy services. And yes, Chapples chemist is bad too.

Lovely friendly staff. Normally a brilliant service but getting through on the phone to order my ongoing meds over the past two weeks has been impossible:-( I know they're busy but maybe they could work a system whereby a member of staff was in charge of dealing with phone calls. Pretty please???
