Absolutely disgusting service! Phoned to order my repeat prescription 7 days in advance. Pick up my prescription, get home and my blood thinning medication is not in there. Nothing I can now do as it's 6pm. I call the Chemist the next day, may I add 41 times I have had to call as they were not answering their telephone only to be huffed and puffed up by the customer service advisor basically telling me it's my fault, I should have picked up my prescription earlier than 5:30pm as my blood thinners were out of stock, so they could have got from somewhere else if they had known I had run out. Sorry I think giving you 7 days notice is fair game and I also work full time take some responsibility for your mistakes apologise and be done do not put the emphasis back on the customer when they have no control. Will be changing my chemist.

My grand daughter is visiting from Exeter and she has developed an ear infection. Chappell liaised with her GP to organise a prescription for her. They could not have been more helpful or supportive.
