        OMG Awful service! Usually I go here and a lovely lady does my nails. However last time a rude lady did them. Kept huffing and sighing at me to hold my hand in certain ways and had both her earphones in watching youtube!! She then got huffy with me as I wanted a design and said she had no time yet on the phone i was told this was ok. I paid 27 and only had 1 (wonky) nail extension, acrylic infills and no gel polish as i couldnt sit there with her any longer. My nails were rough with no care taken at all. When I expressed how upset I was I was shouted at and told DONT COME BACK by this woman which is no way to deal with complaints and queries. Bad customer service.The whole experience has knocked my confidence terribly. Dont visit dream nails. Services: Manicure, Acrylic nails, Nail extensions

        Made an appointment as requested. Arrived on time but was sat waiting 20 minutes whilst others were sat in the chair having their nails done. No acknowledgment, no apology and the strong smell was unbearable! Terrible customer service proving cheap is not always best!
