Sadly my wife lost her father, David, just before Christmas last year whilst we were out of the country. We could not get a flight back until early January, but Joanne and Ben were extremely helpful and kind. They helped every step of the way with all of the paperwork and logistics. Their constant reassurance and advice enabled my wife and family to ensure her father had a dignified and very respectful send off. Tara, who is an excellent Celebrant, spoke so warmly and lovingly about David - he would have loved it! We would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic company.

It's taken me a while to be able to write this review as I couldn't think of the words to describe how incredible Joanne, Ben, Martin and the team are. Jo has not only took care of my mum and auntie, she listened to our wishes and personally planned their funerals with so much love and empathy. Jo has become a special friend we needed in a time of heartbreak. We could never thank you enough for being there for us all and still there for us. You truly are one of Gods earth angels with the biggest heart full of love for every person you meet. Ben you have the biggest heart, respect and empathy and so professional at all times, you truly dont realise how wonderful you are and incredible at your job. Both funerals were truly perfect with exceptional professional and respectful staff who really couldn't do enough to ensure your supported every step of the planning and day. Nothing is too much trouble.Thank you for all being the amazing people you are. Forever in our hearts Rachael and Gareth xx

We as a family would highly recommend Ian Watts and Son after experiencing a first class service from all the staff. Jo could not do enough to help and went above and beyond to arrange so many personal features to make a very sad day special. All the staff on the day of the funeral showed exceptional professionalism and compassion. There are no words to describe the outstanding service we received and cannot thank you all enough. Xx
