Cast aside like dirt with no help - Been a regular customer for many years and paying through the roof for treatment which has now failed and after discussing with one of the staff on the phone smugly treated me with absolutely no compassion whatsoever after I explained to her I was in serious pain due to work failing last year and myself on the verge of tears from unbearable pain . Thank you for nothing bridges but heh I get you enjoyed the gifts at Xmas and a case of Budweiser that was kindly dropped in reception. Unfortunately due to the surreal cost of cost of living these days - I could not afford to take out a denplan . No regards, Carl Denys jones .

Unbelievable.... been with this dentist for best part of 15 years, always been happy with the level of treatment Gareth has been a great dentist... today received a letter telling me I am no longer able to use this dentist unless I take out denplan....they are retaining 2500 NHS places but apparently....what a joke, what is this country coming too, just another way to exploit money from working people who already pay enough in tax and NI contributions.......fuming! Whoever is responsible for these decisions should be ashamed.
