Great value, superb customer service. My original delivery had a bit of a wobble but Solseal were easy to contact, a joy to deal with and got me sorted out quickly without any drama or fuss. When things go right it's easy to shine, when things don't go quite as hoped for, that's when you find out how good a company is, in this case 5*****. Will definitely use Solseal again.

Cant speak highly enough of the service I received from Solseal. I'd ordered a twin pack of Sika Fastfix. One of the packs inside the tub was punctured and had gone off. I sent photos of the damage to Solseal and had an immediate reply apologising and confirming they would send a replacement pack straighaway. What a pleasure to deal with a company that actually understands the value of good customer care. I will certainly use them again.

Fantastic company to deal with. It was my mistake that I hadnt noticed the deadline for next day delivery was 11:00. I rang them to see if there was still a chance of it being delivered the next day and I was given reassurance that it would be. It arrived first thing in the morning and given that it was a toxic wood preserving product it was spectacularly packed, with absolutely no chance of it being damaged in transit. The price was very competitive too. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Excellent service and great value. I buy a lot of products online and nowadays prefer to stick with local suppliers or ones that are less global shall we say. SolSeal were excellent to deal with and the delivery was spot on.
