We are delighted with our new shade sail! We wanted some shade to cover our BBQ/outdoor dining/hot tub area and Tom was really helpful right from the start. The team were able to give us some great advice and we came up with a solution that the whole family loves! The 2 chaps who came out to fit the sail were really friendly and they left the site tidy when they had finished. I would thoroughly recommend Tensile Fabric Structures. These people were outstanding. My wife and I wanted a solution to the sun exposed patio area of our garden but also a place to socialise under cover of an evening. We looked at several options from several companies some of whom didn't get back to us. This company responded quickly to our email and they asked for a couple of photos of the patio and some basic measurements. Sam and the team at Tensile Fabric Structures were incredible, they took us through the options step by step. After paying a small deposit they arrived with a small but charming team to build the canopy. The pillars were actually made of Redwood and proclaimed outright quality. There is a slight tilt/twist on the canopy which, from the house looks amazing. We didn't expect to find something practical AND stunning but they came up with a product called BISE. We have furnished the patio and have adorned it with some large 'house' plants. It feels more like an extension of the home than an awning. We absolutely love it.

Extremely pleased with the finished canopy. Tensile Fabric Structures provided excellent communication and expert knowledge throughout the project. Very professional and would highly recommend.
