        We had a very good experience here, Julie was very friendly and patient, Bella, my long haired Chihuahua, was very nervous, but was soon won over with some tasty treats. Julie did a lovely job, not too much taken off, as is sometimes the problem with other groomers. I will definately be going back next time when Bella needs a trim.

        I took my dog to Julie last week. Absolutely fantastic. I have to give Short Back and Tails a 5* review!! My dog (Pippa) is so nervous around people, I thought Julie would have a nightmare. Every groomer Ive taken Pippa to report that she shakes for the full hour and looks lost and frightened. But when I picked up Pippa, I found her sitting on Julies lap wagging her tail and looking amazing after her pamper session. Will definitely be taking Pippa to see Julie again soon. Thanks Julie!!

        Julie has just done my king charles spaniel and all I can say is wow. She was so good with Maisey from start to finish, the set up is fantastic. I am so pleased with her cut and blow dry I rebooked straight away. Highly recommended.
