        The staff half been amazing while they were looking at my mum Doreen they have no problem going that extra mile for their residents, (doreen is not actually my mum but me and Michelle been best of friends since we were 11 yrs old, and it was doreen, Michelle john her brother and me but we are so close I've been like family for yrs) but even Steve goes up to hospital few days a wk takes her dirty clothes washes then iron then and take them back, but I went to get some pj's for doreen from the home and we found doreen pj's with help from member of staff and she was really upset as the wasn't ironed and all folded properly this home is great and they always go that extra mile for their residents xx
