POLICE aware of thieves. They go to ground as soon as you place an order and try to delay you beyond PayPal claim time limit and they keep your money. But you then claim on credit card insurer. DONT USE. Check companys house. They have no intention of delivering anything.

On the positive side we are absolutely delighted with the quality of the doors. I was a bit concerned by the reviews and was nearly put off. But I asked Gareth to give me a realistic date and we agreed I would ring him a week before to check on progress. On the negative side the doors did take 2 weeks longer than originally expected. But that was ok and worth the wait. So dont be put off by the negative reviews. I would have given 5 stars but communication could have been better when there was a delay.

Same experience here - ordered single door end of April ( I need several but wanted to gauge quality) - promised delivery a couple of times - nothing turned up. Won't answer phone or emails - have asked for a refund and thats not appeared - will now have to approach credit card company. Update - Gareth got in touch and door was delivered - excellent product. Problem seems to be with extended lead times and communication

Avoid !!! Placed an online order, did not receive a confirmation, tried contacting by phone and email to confirm they had the order and find out an expected delivery time - no response whatsoever. Sent a follow-up email requesting that the order be cancelled and refunded a month later still no communication or refund. Currently going through credit card company to try and get my money back
