        Trapped in the car park because the delivery lorry arrived when I asked the man who I presumed was the manager how long it would be . He was so unhelpful curtly replying that I could easily get out by manoeuvring my vehicle backwards and forwards with no offer of help guiding me out . After a long night shift I was hesitant and expected him to be a helpful to his customers and to add insult to injury he stood there smirking. Will not visit this shop again .
