Went on Easter Sunday. Tom was as excellent as everyone else has mentioned, he gave us as much time as needed to practice before we set off, and ensured we were all OK constantly throughout. The route he took us on had various challenges that were great for the (adult) offspring but that could be opted out of if you wanted to. Would definitely do it again.

Brilliant time at the SegTrek in Chirk. Tom was a fabulous instructor, patient and helpful. Amazingly had remembered all 6 of our names within ten minutes. Such a fun and exhilarating experience and a great way to see the beautiful grounds of Chirk Castle. None of us had done it before but it was relatively easy to pick up and such a laugh. Thanks Tom we had a great time. Sorry for the screaming highly recommended!

A++ experience and setting. Tom is a great instructor. Thoroughly recommended (even if you think you couldn't possibly operate one, just give it a go. You might just surprise yourself and have fun!)

Great Segway experience with Tom this afternoon in lovely sunshine. Thorough safety instructions delivered with a friendly and professional attitude. Highly recommend a visit for all levels.
