I would not hesitate to recommend Bayfield Chester to anyone wanting a hire car/van in the area. Emily is so efficient and friendly, there are vehicles of all sizes and, in my experience, all immaculately clean. Collection and return are effortless and far better than their larger rivals - no extortionate deposits or endless paperwork required. I can't recommend them highly enough.

After renting cars from some of the more well known Rental Companies and being provided with extremely poor customer service I came across this Company after doing a google search and i am so glad i did ! I have rented cars from them on several occasions now and they really are excellent in every respect. Very friendly, brilliant value for money, lovely cars (first car we picked up only had 8 miles on the clock ! ) and great customer service oh and no huge deposit to pay and wait for eternity to get back !! Cannot rate them highly enough !

Excellent place to rent a car. Pricing is straight forward - there are no hidden fees. Paperwork is simple. Communication was excellent. Emma, Lily and Ben went the extra mile for us. I highly recommend Bayfield for car rental.
