I was super excited at first as I was hoping that our complex finally found reliable factors. Oh man, I was wrongmy fob stopped working and security staff had no idea what to do! Thats obviously not the staff issue, but theirs as they didnt train the staff properly, I felt sorry for the security guys. My boyfriend call on the number on their website and when finally someone picked up the phone they didnt want to even deal with it and were arrogant. Dont let me even start with the new gate system! Well I would not recommend, save your money and your nerves.

I recently worked with Danielle at Estates who provided exceptional service. They were professional, knowledgable and proactive in addressing any issues. Communication was excellent, and they kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend their property management services.

Poor Management and Lack of Communication I am extremely disappointed with the management company of our building. As an owner and landlord of an apartment at Kingston Quay, I have experienced a complete lack of communication and professionalism from the management team. Not to mention I have paid more than 4000 for factor's fees in the last year for ONE property. Despite following all the necessary procedures and regulations regarding short-term letting, the management team threatened me and deactivated my entry fobs without any clear explanation or justification. I have been locked out of the building on multiple occasions, including one time with a potential tenant, which caused significant inconvenience and embarrassment. Furthermore, I have made multiple attempts to communicate with the management team, but my concerns have been consistently ignored or dismissed. This lack of communication and poor management has made me feel disrespected and undervalued as an owner and customer. Overall, I would not recommend this management company to anyone, as their actions have caused me a great deal of stress and frustration. I hope that they can improve their communication and management practices in the future to avoid similar issues with other customers.
