Brought bracelets from this company at around 40 each one snapped and broken after only wearing it twice on occasions. Contacted company who basically didnt want to know! Please look at their trustpilot quite bad! Very bad service. Very bad cheap products at high prices!

Wow! Bad bad company check trust pilot out! Around 40 a bracelet they snap and the company dont want to know 15 to fix plus cost of postage and packing! They block you on Facebook honestly dont waist your money they are not genuine.

Please STAY AWAY! Had nothing but trouble from the moment my parcel arrived! big crack down the personilsed ring, and not only was it faulty, wasnt accurate sizing. I no this as I took it into the jewellers to be measured and it was a size and a half smaller then what I ordered, the jewellers couldnt reshape/ resize because unfortunately it was of snapped the metal due to the crack! the necklace I ordered was very dainty and flimsy! I ordered the sideways initial necklace and the letters H & M were how I can only describe like tinfoil! Very bendy and not secure at all. Awful customer service , when I contacted them I got blocked from the Instagram account! So I could no longer contact them via Instagram, and now ignore all my emails . Would not recommended . There are other jewerlly companies out there that do a better standard metal, at an affordable price owned by people who know how to use customer service . I really hope by this review I save even someone from wasting their money :(
