        I ordered an electric fire. It arrived 3 days later. Great price, free delivery. There was a missing part but this was not Fire&Stoves fault. I contacted them, they sorted the issue with the manufacturer (Dimplex) immediately and the missing part arrived 4 days later. Wonderful customer service and relations. Very courteous, professional and efficient. Cannot praise Fires&Stoves highly enough. 5* recommendation. Rare to get such fantastic service these days. Thank you.

        Extremely poor customer service by all staff I spoke too. Bought a stove for 539 online, Matthew (owner) cancelled the order and changed price online to 599. Day light robbers ... AVOID at all cost if you want the product you ordered to arrive and only buy from a well estimated business with a good reputation. NOT these cowboys!! Very disappointed with the level of customer care and consideration when they admitted they made the pricing mistake. Matthew was very rude and had no interest in fixing the problem his company caused. Save your money and buy else where. No interest in the customer at all, care or consideration for they're conduct over this matter. Consumer Council will be in contact regarding your conduct.
