Louis was always courteous, polite and explained what he was doing and why at each stage.
I was amazed at how clean and tidy he left the places he worked and how very little reparation was required despite the holes he needed to cut to house the new sockets. he repaired the plaster where required and all i needed to do was 10 mins emulsion touch up around the house.
