        Really attentive, friendly service. Efficient and knowledgeable staff, nurses and vets. If only we could run surgeries for humans like this!

        After having no communication over when my dog can be booked back in after a cancellation due to absence ;which I understand is unpredictable. However, to have to chase it up personally several weeks later to be told, it is long term absence, and that there is nothing they will do; which I also You understand if they are the only trianed grooming staff. Yet, to be told, that there are a few in the diary and that they are not contacting or communicating to customers is pretty shocking. You have now lost a customer!!

        An incredibly accomodating veterinary practice (they never fail to accommodate us, often at short notice), with experienced and knowledgeable staff. Lovely premises in Chepstow, with ample and secure parking. Prices are very fair, too. Highly recommended
