As an operator myself it's good to see other operators work with other's rather than against them. S&A deliver a great service to the public. Efficient & great time keeping. With a female driver / owner they go out of their way to make sure that single venerable woman are priority when it comes to safety. Highly recommend

We booked this company for a return cab journey from 3 miles outside chepstow to the town centre. The journey out was fine. On time and polite. We booked a return journey with Jamie as a result. No one ever turned up. What makes me feel most upset is that we rang and rang after waiting half an hour and no no one picked up. Perhaps there was an oversight but leaving a group of customers stranded late at night is bad business and puts them in a dangerous position. Well done Corbin cabs. You mess your customers around and as a result you'll get less business. We booked with someone else at last minute and thankfully got home but will not be using these guys again. *update with a response to owner's reply* Sorry that is just not true. We were at the pickup location on time and waited for over 30 minutes. We rang you from two different phones, five times over the time we waited and you did not pick up for any of those calls. It is a shame as you were friendly on our drive out, but we were let down and left stranded.

Shocking. waited an hour for our pre-booked pick up to then watch the driver take a cash fare of the street , not even legal..Good job we weren't headed to the airport. No answer on the phones, really really poor, its fair bet we will never ring them again
