Husband just turned away with a bar code returns parcel! They say they dont do this on Saturday! Telephone number given is a fax machine. Disgusting service as very few opening hours in the week and now refusing parcels on Saturday,

Second delivery attempt at 6:57 am Saturday. at 7 I left for work no one was there!!!! the post office was open from 8 Not the first time it happened that there was an attempt to deliver and no one even knocked on the door!!! The tarcking shows that the package has been in chepstow at the post office since Thursday. I am looking for a part for a car that is not very expensive. More than once there were parcels left at the door of greater value, which should not happen, there are safer places!!! I have no words for the postmen!!! 13.03 Another item what I ordered letter coming today 2 item still on post office or is missing. Window is open just 2h in the morning. Royal mail no words on what you are doing. This is some joke?!!!!!

Parcels show as at this DO for days without attempting delivery. Two hours opening each morning is totally inappropriate for those who have to work, they've even done away with the one day a week they use to open on an evening. Appalling service.

Doesn't even deserve one star! It's open 8am -10am except on strike days and every day I have been there, it was closed.
