Fantastic - I had an Amazon parcel to send back and I was unsure what to do, but the young lady helped me with my scan code and label etc. Very impressed with the kindness shown. I wish I could offer more than 5* - She deserves 10*+

Brought 5 items in to post, got charged for six when I checked the receipt, watch them in here, as they will overcharge, could not be bothered to go back and complain, will just go elsewhere in future! Customer lost!
