        Good clean gym. Classes run by excellent gym instructor's. Reception staff very friendly, cheerful and helpful

        Just joined the gym on a 60+ scheme(includes swimming). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Gym equipment is modern with visual exercises that can be suited to your requirements. Instructions given on first induction. It's also cost-effective in comparison to other gyms in the area.
