Went to here as was having issues with poor food choices due to grief and family illness. Gail is very professional and friendly and put me at ease. Went through tapping exercises that you can also use at home.Recommend seeing her.

Gail taught the EFT tapping to me to help my son overcome his perfectionist traits. At the time, I happened to be going through a stressful situation and she kindly showed me how I could use it to help keep me calm. It worked really well and I have used the technique a number of times since and found it to be really helpful. Thank you Gail x

Gail led me through a tapping/EFT session today and helped me identify a number of unhelpful emotional patterns that have been repeating throughout my life. I felt so much lighter immediately after the session, like a weight had been lifted. I highly recommend Gail.
