        I walked in today after being let down by another salon in Chepstow. Phil the owner/ manager saw me straight away and instantly understood my short hairstyle and set to work texturising and cutting it. I haven't felt so comfortable with a new stylist in a very long time. I'm so pleased with my haircut. It was obviously meant to be. 2 future appointments booked. Thanks Phil
