        I recently brought some A8 Stainless Steel Flux from this company and it performed exceptionally. My order was dispatched the same day following an early morning order and the sales team were most helpful. I would definitely shop here again for specialist requirements.

        1st time customer. Placed an order Wednesday for delivery Thursday. Had to ring Friday to chase and then ring back again for an answer. Told there was a 'glitch' and I would see my order Monday. Very little in the way of an apology or attempt to put things right (Why could I not have my order Saturday). I won't be returning as a customer. Edited 25/3/21 - Received and email from a director of the company with an explanation of what went wrong.
