        Steve was recommended to us to install a 32amp socket for a hot tub. We ended up also having him install an EV charger, 2 light fixtures, a bathroom fan, and fix some damaged wiring that was causing a short. Price was competitive and work was excellent. Steve was very professional and went above and beyond for us. One day when he was here to do some of the electrical work, he helped us out with an unrelated problem by emptying his van in our drive so he could use it to collect our delivery (on a pallet) that was stuck across the village because the delivery lorry was too big for our village lanes! He was also great about making sure our indoor cats didn't get out, came when he said he would, and kept us informed at all stages. We will definitely be booking him in the future for any and all electrical work.         If we could give ten stars I would. The entire service, from beginning to end was friendly, professional and rigorous. Steve installed a 32 amp external connection and an EV charging station. Both were done quickly and efficiently, and the communication was always fast and clear (he'd reply to our questions quickly and update us with his progress regularly). That's worth five stars but Steve went above and beyond. He did a few minor repairs in the house for free ('I'll just do that while I am there') and he even used his van to ferry a delivery from the A-Road to our house (it arrived via a lorry that could not fit up the lane). On top of it all, he was a friendly and professional person to have in our home. Highly recommended.
