Used snappy shopper. Phoned me as two products were OOS, fine no prob, I ask for refund rather than substitution. When the rest of the order arrives they have substituted a further four items (why didn't they also inform me of those?). I phone up and explain I cant eat them as I have allergies etc. they say ok well refund you. Bit disappointed but I accept that happens, no prob. Then the delivery driver phones me up and I explain what happened and she starts arguing with me about the items saying the original ones contained the allergen. I was like no theyre vegan, I cant eat these subbed ones cause they have milk!. I just cant believe she had the cheek to argue with me over that, especially since I was already told the refund was fine. If she hadnt have said that to me my review would not have been so low.

Nice sized well presented store, good selection of hot food to takeaway, best get it in the morning though as it can get past its "best" later on. Reasonable prices too.
