Lovely pop up cafe with friendly staff, lovely seating area, food is great bubble tea is served here to.

Its ok, but ouch the prices are hefty for what you get. The most expensive coffee I have come across anywhere.

Pleasant professional staff selling small bites and cakes, teas, coffees, smoothies etc. Has a nice outside seating area, would be lovely in the summer, also has a small seating area indoors which is lovely and warm in the colder months, definitely recommend going here
