Weve been using the Lumus360 feedback system for several years in our company now and it works really well. Its also very flexible tool, you can adjust the questionnaire and the language to your company needs. Our employees like it, because its not so overcomplicated like other tools on the market. Its a very simple, user friendly approach that works. I would have no problem in recommending their services to others.

We worked with Lumus360 to develop a fully customised 360 assessment tool to use as part of our appraisal process for our Executive Directors and Senior Managers. Lumus360 offer 360 feedback advice and a full range of services around this very important feedback development tool. They excel for a number of reasons, most importantly for their ability to offer a personal service to all comers. A few years ago now, I made an approach to them when I had a particular need to assist a client of my own in Dubai. The reception that I got from David Cooper and his team was both knowledgeable and supportive. I was put at my ease and we soon started to talk of possible solutions to my needs - their 360 knowledge data-base is extensive. Building a 360 feedback instrument is a complicated task, however it was made easier by their experience, expertise and brilliant communication skills. To top it all off their services were very competitively priced.
