Do not sign on with them is the best advice I'll ever giver. They are going into administration. We used them 3 years ago to buy a flat and found out as we were selling it that they never completed the transaction fully a d the land registry contacted them 5 times over three years to let them know and they failed to inform us. I managed to solve the issue directly with the land registry and all 3 directors were the opposite of being helpful, they have now been reported to the sra. Do not use them

How this company has anything more than 1 star is a mystery to me. You cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone, there is no number given on emails other than the switchboard where you will never be put through. They can at least reply to emails in some decent time if they can be bothered it seems, have no clue what is going on with cases, and have slowed down a sale for my property twice now through complete ineptitude. Have told my estate agents to never allow JWD to be the panelled out solicitor again for any of their next sellers and they have agreed thats its been atrocious.
