Llyn Brenig Education Centre - Welsh Water

I could not say a good comment about them. We arranged a weekend with some friends coming from far to do some water activities (paddle boarding /kayaking ). I tried to book it online but I couldnt do it, so I rang them and ask if I could book it by phone. They answer was no need to book any slots just come in as we have plenty boards/kayaks, just come in on the day . Basically we turned up and they said there have no supervisor/kayak/paddle board available for us. I explained the situation, but that got us nowhere. Long history short. Completely disorganised team, lack communication between them, basically they ruined our day. Please AVOID coming to them or organise any activities. There are many other places to go and do water activities and cheaper. Completely OVERRATED/EXPENSIVE place. Paddle boarding 2h 25 Other places (Llanrwst) hire paddle board for 35 all day, have more fun and flexibility to enjoy.
