Absolutely fantastic company, from pricing, choices, information and installation. Friendly, approachable people who have such attention to detail. They asked on position, how I would like the slate. We have been very impressed with the service we have received from Beacon Stoves from the initial survey to completion. We have been particularly impressed with the fitting service provided by Alek and Jason who were a pleasure to have in our home. Their attention to detail, clear explanations and cheerful attitude made the whole installation process a positive one. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and nothing appeared to be too much trouble.

Fantastic service. Messaged them with broken glass on our stove, dropped off and collected the same day with great communication all the way. A well established company putting the customer first always. Can Highly recommend to anyone.

What amazing, perfessional job , the staff was so polite and couldn't do enough for us, they left my house absolutely clean and not a trace of them being there when finished. Richard even chose the fire without us seeing it and he knew exactly what we was looking for, highly recommend this company.
