Emailed details of exactly what I wanted on a Monday and, because they have no automatic acknowledgement facility i waited and waited and then phoned. I was told it was the 'sales' dept (he) was busy but would call on Friday. As it is now the following Tuesday and I've STILL heard nothing, I can only assume (he) can cherry-pick the cream of the jobs: bit like the plumbers in this area. Really hope that. one day, KT needs something from me. Should have known better, really, the last time that I had dealings with this firm they tried to install our double-glazing in the dark! I thought/hoped they might have improved with time.

Fantastic company, fantastic sales team and staff. Reasonably priced and backed up with good service. A company of this scale isn't built on poor sales & service.

Excellent. Steffan was very helpful in the process of choosing doors and windows and we are very pleased with the results. The doors in our house are strange sizes and the doorways aren't square or level. Despite these challenges, the installed doors look very neat, with a lot of trouble taken to make them so. The making good of the windows and the doors is faultless and the fitters were considerate and friendly.
