Trying to navigate the automated line is an absolute nightmare! If you want to get an appointment Good luck. Tells you the appointments line is open from 8.30 am press 2. Then you constantly get cut off. The whole system needs re doing

This practice is lettings their patients down Why can't they do their job Someone complaining of gastric pain would you not think that a simple blood test would be ordered first and how can you confirm a diagnosis without investigation ,have they got magic phones

I registered as temporary resident whilst on holiday in the village. My symptoms were severe but as nil on dipstick I was not treated. I did not have opportunity to speak with GP or practice nurse. In fact I had to ring to find out I wasn't going to be treated, as no follow up call offered. I was ill for rest of holiday and now I am home I have been seen by urgent care and the correct Antibiotic treatment has been commenced. I was very upset and disappointed by the lack of care.
